Who we are

Roadstar Finance is based in British Columbia. Our privacy officer can be reached at info@roadstarfinance.ca. We follow BC's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).

What we collect

What you tell us in the application: name, phone, email, postal code, language, vehicle interest, budget, credit self-assessment, employment, income range and trade-in.
Technical details: the page you applied from, ad campaign tags, IP address and browser type, used to prevent fraud and measure our advertising.

How we use it

To refer your application to the licensed BC motor dealer named on the form, so they can contact you and arrange financing through their lending partners. We record the exact consent wording you agreed to and when.

Who we share it with

Only the dealer named on the form when you applied, and service providers who help us run Roadstar Finance (hosting and email) under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your information to anyone else. A lender checks your credit only after you give the dealer separate permission.

How long we keep it

24 months after your last contact with us, unless the law requires longer, then it is deleted.

Your choices

You can withdraw consent, ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it by contacting info@roadstarfinance.ca. Every text and email includes a way to unsubscribe.
